Returns & Exchanges
Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method at the original purchase price. If your item is defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

The following items are not eligible for return:
White garments, knitwear, swimwear, underwear, tights, socks, stuffed toys, hair accessories, hats, and all sale items.
We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days.
We don’t offer exchanges.
We kindly ask that you return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. Thank you for your understanding.
Returned parcels can take up to 21 days to reach us from the date they’re sent back. Keep an eye out for your return notification emails to stay in the loop and, don’t worry, as we’ll pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund applied to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 7 - 10 business days from the date it was processed.
If you don’t hear from us within 21 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back.
